Billing/Pricing Analyst

New York City

Duties Include:
  • Prepare cost and revenue allocation on a per job/project basis
  • Prepare product and contractual invoicing for a large number of clients
  • Create cost and revenue analysis at a job/project level, for month, quarter and year-end closings
  • Assist sales team in maximizing profitability by preparing cost to dates and final invoices
  • Support sales team with pricing and estimating for various jobs/projects

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, must have advanced Excel skills (i.e. lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Demonstrated focus on deadlines and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work within a team
• Business experience preferred but not required
